I am able to offer face-to-face sessions in Chelmsford, Essex, in a comfortable counselling space, or online. I have experience working with both adults and young people (ages 13+).

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm.

I work with, but not limited to, the following presentations:

abuse; ADHD, alcohol misuse; anger management; anxiety; bereavement; bullying; depression; loneliness; low self-confidence; low self-esteem; pregnancy and birth; redundancy; relationship problems; self harm; sexuality; stress; substance misuse; suicidal thoughts.

Fees

I offer a free initial 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and how we might work together. All sessions thereafter are 50 minutes.

Face-to-face, online or phone sessions are £50.

Fees are charged after each session.
